It’s easy to get started with TracBack:

  1. Purchase the desired device from TracBack
  2. Register it with our on-line registration system
  3. Login to Locate 

How to Register TracBack Tags

  • Register your new Tags online at www.tracback.com
    • Pay only when you locate.  TracBack will securely store payment information and you’ll be charged only upon Locates.
    • For Finding People, add descriptive information to the registration to aid in correctly identifying the lost person. 
  • Attach Tags to the items or people you need to track
  • Login to your account to complete registration by conducting your Free, Test Locate

How to Locate TracBack Tags

  • When you need to Locate a TracBack Tag,  simply use the FIND IT  button
  • Your search request will provide the nearest address and a map indicating the latest location of the item or person.  If we detect the tag is moving we will update the location to you every few minutes.
  • We strongly advise that if you suspect foul play that you contact 9-1-1 and request assistance and share the location information with your law enforcement personnel. 
  • Only the registered user can activate FIND IT and TracBack does not identify anyone or anything's location without a request from the registered user.

How TrackBack Works

  • TracBack Tags contain a small radio transmitter attached to a small battery and antenna.
  • When activated the tags send a signal every few minutes to the TRACBACK network. 
  • If someone wearing TracBack goes missing, call us we will use a priority alert on our network and identify the location of the person.
